In-Home Tech Help - Calgary
$75 + GST (first hour)
$60 + GST (second hour)
Prepaid Sessions & Gift Certificates
Buy your hours ahead of time and save - the bigger the pack, the lower the rate. Use them for any in-home or remote session, whenever you're ready. They also make a lovely gift for a parent, friend, or neighbour.
My regular clients use the 5-hour pack as their ongoing care routine - a visit every month or two to stay on top of things:

- Device updates and basic cleanup
- Help with apps, email, video calls, photos, and AI
- Optional short recap to an approved family member
1-Hour Session
$75 + GST
One hour of patient, one-on-one help - a great first step, or a thoughtful gift.

Three hours to spread over two or three visits - enough to really settle in and learn at your own pace.

Five hours to use whenever you need them - my regular clients' favourite. Need more than 5 hours? Larger packs are available at an even lower hourly rate - just ask.

Prepaid hours are good for 12 months and work for in-home or remote sessions. After you buy, just call, text, or email me to set up your visits - your hours are already paid for, so there's no need to book through the online calendar. I'll schedule you in and keep track of your remaining hours. Payments are handled securely by Stripe - your card details go straight to them and never touch my systems.
I keep sessions to a maximum of 2 hours. That's usually enough to make real progress without anyone feeling overwhelmed.
Cancellations: A $25 fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

Hi, I'm Q.
I’ve worked in technology for years - hands-on IT support first, then leading cybersecurity for major companies. Along the way I noticed that the help people actually need is rarely complicated. Mostly, it’s someone patient sitting next to them.
I started Tech Help with Q because too many seniors in my own community were feeling left behind or overwhelmed by their devices. Everyone deserves patient, clear, judgment-free help. I want to fix the problem in front of us and leave you feeling more capable than when we started.
There’s no such thing as a “silly” question, and you’ll never feel rushed. We’ll go at your pace, on your terms, right in your own home.
I began my tech career right here in Calgary and have always valued building trust through honest, straightforward support. It’s a privilege to bring that experience to my neighbours.

Appointments are available on weekday evenings from 5–7 PM, and on weekends from 10 AM to 4 PM. During the week I work full time leading cybersecurity and compliance programs, so weekday evenings and weekends are when I can give each appointment my full attention, without rushing.
