A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Q.

After years in the technology world - from hands-on IT support to leading cybersecurity for major companies - I realized something important. The most powerful tech isn’t about complex code or corporate networks; it’s about people, connection, and confidence.

I started Tech Help with Q because I saw too many people, especially seniors in my own community, feeling left behind or overwhelmed by their devices. I believe everyone deserves patient, clear, and judgment-free help. My goal isn’t just to fix a problem, but to leave you feeling more confident and capable than before we started.

My approach has always been built on collaboration, not friction. I bring a calm, pragmatic perspective to technology. There’s no such thing as a “silly” question, and you’ll never feel rushed. We’ll go at your pace, on your terms, right in your own home.

I began my tech career right here in Calgary and have always valued building trust through honest, straightforward support. It’s a privilege to bring that experience to my neighbours.

When I’m not helping you get the most out of your devices, I’m leading security and compliance programs, so you can rest assured you’re in safe, experienced hands.

Let’s figure this out together.
